Research Associate Intern – Pharma Consulting

About the role

ASCENTIA is seeking a motivated Research Associate Intern to join its emerging global boutique consultancy. This position offers hands‑on exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research consulting, allowing you to contribute directly to client‑facing projects while learning the business side of a consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate between Operations (project coordination, dashboards, trackers, documentation, reporting, process mapping) and Business & Administration (budgets, invoices, proposals, presentations, client communications).
• Support senior consultants in preparing internal and client deliverables.
• Assist in maintaining project trackers and ensuring data integrity.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and presentations under supervision.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related life‑science/health‑care field.
• Strong interest in pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical‑research consulting and a desire for a long‑term career in the sector.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with a collaborative approach to internal and external stakeholders.
