Reservation Sales Agent

About the role

Renaissance Hotels is seeking a motivated Reservation Sales Agent to manage guest reservations, maximize revenue, and deliver exceptional service. You will handle inquiries, process bookings, and support the front‑office team at our Sharm El Sheikh property.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax or email.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability, rates, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies.
• Document special requests, answer questions about hotel facilities, and apply sales techniques to optimize revenue.
• Maintain accurate room blocks, group rooming lists, and billing accounts in the reservation system.
• Communicate VIP reservation details and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve accommodation challenges.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance, confidentiality, and quality‑assurance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 12 months of experience in hotel reservations or related sales.
• Strong communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and ability to work in a team.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
