About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our healthy food and pasta brand in New Cairo. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and driving the restaurant’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities to maintain high service standards.
• Lead, coach, and schedule a diverse team to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor inventory, cost control, and budgeting to meet profitability goals.
• Implement brand standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze performance metrics and initiate improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Previous experience with international restaurant brands.
• Proven track record in casual‑dining environments.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
