Retail Salesperson

About the role

We are opening a new store on Lebanon Street in Mohandeseen and are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to deliver a premium retail experience in our jewelry, watches, perfumes and gifts offering. If you enjoy creating memorable customer experiences in a luxury environment, we would love to meet you.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a refined, premium shopping experience.
• Guide customers in selecting jewelry, watches, perfumes and gifts.
• Build genuine relationships to turn first‑time visitors into loyal customers.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Maintain the elegance and presentation standards of the store.

Required profile

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, watches, perfumes, fashion or other premium/luxury products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, professional appearance with a warm, customer‑first attitude.
• Comfortable working toward sales targets and on commission.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably residing in or near Mohandeseen (Dokki, Agouza, Zamalek, Giza, Haram).
