About the role
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts in the Sharkia region, driving revenue growth and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role works closely with internal functions to deliver products and services while upholding health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to and enforce health & safety legislation and company policies.
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Promote and sell Lafarge’s cement and ready‑mix concrete products to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand presence within assigned territories.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts and pricing in line with company guidelines.
- Build, maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with key clients and act as the main interface between the customer and the company.
- Coordinate with sales operations, dispatch, logistics and plant teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs, providing feedback to management.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on performance and order fulfillment.
