Sales Engineer – Industrial Solutions

About the role

Trust Engineering Company is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to promote industrial maintenance solutions, specialty lubricants, welding products and engineering services across Egypt. The role is field‑based, requiring regular visits to factories, workshops, hotels and other industrial facilities to understand customer needs and deliver technical value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new industrial customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to factories, workshops, industrial plants, hotels and commercial facilities.
• Assess customer operations, maintenance challenges and technical requirements.
• Recommend appropriate lubrication, maintenance, welding and industrial solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance managers, production managers, purchasing teams and plant engineers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Industrial, Petrochemical Engineering or related science.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical/industrial sales, maintenance products, lubricants, welding or MRO solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to read technical specifications and product data sheets.
