About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business growth for the El Gouna and Taba Heights destinations by building a strong client base across corporate, association, and MICE segments. This role focuses on proactive prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively search for and develop new corporate and MICE business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new clients and assigned accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls, including cold calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Support in negotiating rates and preparing proposals in line with company strategy.
  • Achieve assigned targets for revenue and room nights.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Reservations, Revenue, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interest in sales, particularly within corporate and MICE segments.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
