About the role
The Sales Executive will drive business growth for the El Gouna and Taba Heights destinations by building a strong client base across corporate, association, and MICE segments. This role focuses on proactive prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management to meet revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively search for and develop new corporate and MICE business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients and assigned accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, including cold calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Support in negotiating rates and preparing proposals in line with company strategy.
- Achieve assigned targets for revenue and room nights.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Reservations, Revenue, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong interest in sales, particularly within corporate and MICE segments.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
