About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business growth by using a consultative selling approach. You will identify, qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities, working with both prospective and existing customers to expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
  • Create and develop business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
  • Build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers.

Required profile

  • 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of consistently over‑achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems.
