About the role
The Sales Executive will drive new business growth by using a consultative selling approach. You will identify, qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities, working with both prospective and existing customers to expand the company’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
- Create and develop business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of consistently over‑achieving sales quotas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
