Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will join Ocean Triathlon Team (OCTRI) to drive membership growth and partner acquisition. Working in a hybrid setting, you will combine outreach, relationship building, and collaboration with coaching staff to match athletes with the right training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective athletes and partners.
• Present OCTRI training programs and convert leads into long‑term members.
• Manage a sales pipeline and conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in‑person meetings.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with coaches to align offerings with athlete needs.
• Support promotional events, outdoor training sessions, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends in sports and fitness.
• Prepare regular sales reports.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive experience for all prospects and members.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in lead generation and closing deals.
• Excellent customer‑relationship and communication abilities.
• Basic marketing and outreach capabilities.
• Organizational and administrative competence, attention to detail.
• Interest or familiarity with triathlon, endurance sports, or fitness coaching.
• Ability to work both on‑site and remotely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles; sports or health industry background is a plus.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or equivalent practical experience.
