Sales Executive – Retail Sales

About the role

The Sales Executive – Retail Sales will build strong customer relationships, understand client needs and promote suitable products and services to drive revenue and loyalty. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and lead a small team of sales advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through referrals, recommendations and proactive outreach.
• Enter, update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system to support retention and business development initiatives.
• Sell standard products and services while supervising and coaching a team of sales advisors to meet targets.
• Respond to escalations, provide approvals when required and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Record, process and follow up on custom customer orders, guaranteeing accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar sales role with a proven ability to work independently.
• Strong business insight, customer‑focused mindset and action‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across functions and lead a small team.
