About the role
Join pladis, a global biscuits and confectionery business, as a Sales Intern and help bring happiness to consumers. You will work on analysing store traffic, supporting promotions, and building relationships with customers and channel partners.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and report in‑store traffic, customer reactions, shopper missions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Maximise customer interest and sales levels by promoting consumer offers, promotions and new products.
- Produce layout plans for stores, maintain store shelves and inventory.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes and clear‑outs.
- Build constructive customer relationships and collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices.
Required profile
- Purpose‑led, resilient and positive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and demonstrate accountability.
