Sales Manager (Logistics & Courier Services)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in courier, warehousing and integrated logistics solutions. You will be responsible for expanding our market share by building long‑term relationships with e‑commerce companies, SMEs and large corporates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting e‑commerce, SME and corporate clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Design customized logistics solutions, including warehousing, inventory management and last‑mile delivery.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers to position our services ahead of competitors.
• Monitor market trends in the Egyptian courier and parcel sector and propose innovative offerings.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team on logistics‑specific sales techniques.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales, preferably in courier or warehousing services.
• Strong network and proven experience in the Egyptian logistics and shipping market.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
