Sales Operations Associate

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions in Cairo as a Sales Operations Associate, supporting end‑to‑end sales processes and the customer lifecycle. You will act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Order‑to‑Cash teams to ensure data accuracy, timely order handling, and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage customer creation, modification, and closure forms in collaboration with Sales and Master Data teams.
• Approve daily promotional payments with GBM & Channel Managers, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Collect, validate, and report distributor sell‑out data to Sales Analytics.
• Maintain master data for Azure, manual, and Hybris orders.
• Produce monthly price‑list reports and listing memos for the Sales team, Finance, and Analytics.
• Collaborate continuously with Sales, Finance, and Order‑to‑Cash teams on daily operations.
• Drive process improvements by benchmarking with other centers and standardising procedures.
• Generate daily and ad‑hoc reports to enable top‑management monitoring of sales operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in business operations or receivables accounting.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong sense of ownership, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI (plus).
• Familiarity with Azure and Hybris order platforms.
