About the role
The Sales Operations Manager will lead the sales operations function within VXI Egypt’s fast‑paced BPO environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing key performance indicators and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple sales campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales operations teams to achieve revenue and performance targets.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as sales conversion, productivity, quality, adherence and customer experience.
- Analyse sales trends and operational data to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with team leaders and stakeholders.
- Coach, develop and manage performance of sales staff.
- Collaborate with Workforce Management, Training, Quality, HR and other support functions.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational and client issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and sales processes.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and customer experience.
- Prepare and present operational and sales performance reports to senior management and clients.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in BPO or contact‑center operations.
- At least 2 years managing sales operations teams.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, KPI management and performance optimisation.
- Proven coaching and people‑management abilities in a revenue‑driven environment.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.
Required skills
- Lean / Six Sigma methodology knowledge.
