Sales Representative – Medical Spa

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at GROOVY Medical Spa in Zamalek, Cairo. You will be the front‑line contact for prospective and existing clients, helping them discover our premium medical spa services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Contact prospective customers, understand their needs, and present suitable products or services.
• Demonstrate products or services to potential and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements when required.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Follow up with leads to convert opportunities into sales.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
