About the role
We are seeking a Direct Sales Specialist to expand our restaurant partner network. In this fast‑paced role you will introduce our platform to restaurants, demonstrate its value, and secure partnership agreements that drive mutual growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential restaurant partners through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
- Present elmenus’ services, showcasing how we can help restaurants increase orders and revenue.
- Negotiate terms and close partnership deals with restaurant owners and managers.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with onboarding and account management teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in direct sales or customer acquisition (F&B experience a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and resilient under pressure.
- Comfortable with field work and meeting clients in person.
Required skills
- CRM (experience with sales tracking tools).
