Sales Trainer

About the role

The Sales Trainer will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that enable WAJJAD’s sales teams to effectively position the company’s digital platforms and solutions. Based in Alexandria, this full‑time, on‑site role works closely with sales, customer success and product teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and delivers a high‑standard customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive sales training curricula, workshops and coaching sessions, both in‑person and virtual.
• Create training materials, presentations and learning assets that reflect product updates and market changes.
• Assess training needs in partnership with sales leadership and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
• Monitor performance metrics, collect participant feedback and refine content to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product, customer success and sales teams to ensure alignment of training with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong presentation abilities and experience delivering engaging training sessions.
• Proven expertise in sales training, curriculum design and coaching methodologies, preferably in technology, SaaS or B2B environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Relevant experience in sales enablement or training, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Communications or a related field.
• Professional training or sales certifications are a plus.
