Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce / MIS Developer to design, develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role covers both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud and requires building custom flows, components and Apex code while ensuring data integrity and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Flows, Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce pages.
• Configure and maintain Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments – custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts and security settings.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualisations for business stakeholders.
• Manage data migration, integration and data‑modeling activities between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, coding standards and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides and training materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security model.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
