SAP/ERP Integration Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP/ERP Integration Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of SAP ERP across our cotton spinning facilities. The role bridges our management team, key users, and the SAP implementation partner to ensure a seamless rollout that meets manufacturing and commercial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full SAP ERP implementation lifecycle, from design to go‑live.
• Align SAP processes, modules, and workflows with production planning, inventory, purchasing, sales, quality, maintenance, costing, and finance requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads, key users, and the implementation partner to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Act as the primary liaison between company management/users and the SAP partner.
• Oversee data migration, testing, training, and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–7 years of ERP/SAP experience, with at least two complete SAP implementation projects.
• Background exclusively in cotton spinning or high‑volume industrial manufacturing.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and excellent English communication skills.
