About the role
Orange Cyber Defense is looking for an experienced Security Incident Manager to lead the response to cyber crises across our managed client environments. You will act as the central coordinator, guiding incidents from detection through containment, eradication, and recovery while keeping all stakeholders informed.
Key responsibilities
- Drive security incidents from initial detection to full resolution, ensuring timely and precise actions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including SOC analysts, engineers, and senior business leaders.
- Document each incident thoroughly, updating playbooks and knowledge bases.
- Mentor junior responders and contribute to the continuous improvement of incident management processes.
- Collaborate with product and tooling teams to integrate and optimize security solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cyber incident response and crisis management.
- Strong ability to stay calm, decisive, and structured under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical deep‑dives and executive briefings.
- Passion for learning, adaptability, and a proactive ownership mindset.
