Senior 2D Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior 2D Designer to create all static visual outputs for events, ensuring each piece reflects the event’s visual identity and meets the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design invitations, banners, billboards, interactive screens, and print materials for events.
• Coordinate with printing or display vendors to guarantee final products match approved designs.
• Apply the event’s visual identity consistently across all materials.
• Transform creative concepts into print‑ready or digital display designs.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and Creative Director to align designs with the event’s vision.
• Prepare final files with correct sizing and technical specifications for each medium.
• Review designs before delivery to ensure they are error‑free and meet professional standards.
• Suggest visual enhancements that improve output quality and audience experience.
• Stay updated on design trends relevant to the event’s nature and target markets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and support junior designers by overseeing tasks and reviewing their work.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level 2D designer, preferably in event or experiential design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure visual consistency.
• Excellent collaboration skills with creative teams and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
