Senior Account Executive

About the role

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) supports the Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in overseeing client relationships and delivering projects efficiently. Acting as the primary contact for smaller accounts and a secondary liaison for larger ones, the SAE ensures smooth communication, accurate execution, and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for smaller accounts and secondary contact for larger accounts.
• Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, media, and production teams to guarantee seamless project execution.
• Prepare and manage client briefs, timelines, status reports, and contact reports.
• Assist in developing campaign budgets and track approvals through the agency’s financial process.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project management, ensuring deliverables are accurate, on time, and within scope.
• Identify risks early and propose proactive solutions before escalation.
• Post social content on designated platforms according to approved calendars and brand guidelines.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships through responsive and accountable service.
• Review all materials for accuracy and quality prior to client submission.
• Collaborate on presentations, proposals, and reports with Account Managers and Directors.
• Support internal communication flow and mentor junior Account Executives when needed.
• Stay informed on client industries, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing or a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
