About the role
The Senior Account Manager will lead the management of complex French B2B client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and driving revenue growth through renewals, expansions and service conversions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end management of client customers, renewing contracts and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Develop and implement processes that align with clients’ operational needs and improve satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated issues and act as the single point of contact for client customers.
- Achieve revenue‑based quotas by managing sales territories and meeting monthly targets.
- Evaluate customer needs, propose solutions and use data to remove obstacles to satisfaction.
- Negotiate in challenging situations and handle competitive pressures.
- Identify risks, create contingency plans and uncover additional product or service opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal partners and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in B2B account management or sales.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers at all levels.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse customer metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
