Senior Account Manager

About the role

WIS Marketing is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive strategic marketing initiatives. Based in New Cairo, you will act as the primary liaison for key accounts, translating business objectives into effective, measurable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Develop and present strategic marketing plans aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Content, Media Buying, Web Development) to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and strategic recommendations.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to grow accounts.
• Participate in new‑business pitches and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, marketing or advertising.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with solid problem‑solving skills.
