About the role
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team in San Stefano, Alexandria. The role will oversee the complete AP cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payments while supporting our construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify and process supplier invoices, credit and debit notes.
- Match invoices with purchase orders, delivery notes and other supporting documents.
- Record all AP transactions in the ERP system and maintain accurate ledger entries.
- Prepare and execute payments in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to resolve discrepancies.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proven experience in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Residency in Alexandria.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
