Senior ARC RBAC Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ARC RBAC Engineer to join our Enabling Technology team in Cairo. The role focuses on designing and implementing robust role‑based and attribute‑based access control models that support secure digital transformation across our consumer‑goods operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, design and implement RBAC/ABAC/PBAC authorization models for SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Integrate applications with IAM/CIAM platforms, ensuring compliance with least‑privilege and segregation‑of‑duties principles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional agile teams to translate business requirements into practical access solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve controls and lower costs.
• Manage exception processes and support audit activities, including SOX and ITGC compliance.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in identity and access management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on SAP RBAC design and implementation.
• Strong analytical abilities and a track record of driving complex tasks to resolution.
• High integrity, team‑player attitude and fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• IAM/CIAM concepts and tools.
• RBAC, ABAC and PBAC modeling.
• SAP security architecture, user provisioning and SOD controls.
• Experience with Omada and SAP applications (preferred).
• Knowledge of IT General Controls, SOX compliance and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
