Tech Lead – React Native Developer

About the role

Deloitte Innovation Hub is seeking a senior‑level Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of high‑performance mobile applications using React Native. You will work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of React Native mobile applications.
• Design and implement mobile application architecture, complex features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates and incorporate feedback.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, maintainable code.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Optimize applications for performance, quality and responsiveness.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in mobile app development, primarily with React Native.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering successful mobile projects.
