Senior Architect – Hospitality Projects

About the role

MF& Associates is looking for a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of hospitality projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality architectural solutions that meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and review architectural technical packages, including Design Development (DD), Tender, and IFC documentation.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to integrate design solutions.
• Attend site visits and project meetings, reviewing contractors’ RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, applicable codes, and hospitality brand standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support timely delivery of technical requirements throughout all phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 5–7 years of professional experience, with proven experience in hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building systems, materials, specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (advantageous).
