Senior Architect – Large‑Scale Hospitality & Restoration Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design coordination for large‑scale renovation, restoration, and hospitality projects in Cairo. You will ensure the design intent is preserved from concept through construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design coordination for major renovation, restoration, and hospitality projects.
• Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Maintain design intent throughout all project phases, from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, interior design, and contractor teams.
• Manage design development, material selection, shop‑drawing reviews, and approvals.
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction quality and compliance.
• Identify design conflicts and propose practical technical solutions.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to secure approvals.
• Review change requests, variations, and value‑engineering proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proven experience in large‑scale hospitality, mixed‑use, commercial, or restoration projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• PMP certification or equivalent project‑management training is a plus.
