Senior Architectural Designer

About the role

The Senior Architectural Designer will lead the creation of detailed schematic designs, translating concept ideas into practical interior and architectural solutions that meet client needs and preferences. This role operates within the Design department and reports to the Design Team Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Receive project timelines, scope, and client requirements from the Design Team Leader.
• Interpret concept designs, develop space layout plans, mood boards, and material selections.
• Conduct site visits to understand spaces and apply realistic design solutions.
• Create interior architectural, furniture, and landscape layout alternatives.
• Prepare and finalize presentation materials for client meetings, including designs, layouts, and color palettes.
• Submit finalized designs to the Technical Design Team via the Project Manager for detailed technical drawings.
• Coordinate with the Technical Design Team to clarify project details and review lighting designs.
• Incorporate technical feedback, update designs, and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in interior or architectural design.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of client‑focused design processes and ability to manage multiple projects.
