Senior Business Analyst & Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will also act as Product Owner, bridging business strategy and technology delivery. You will translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions while working closely with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders across automotive and real‑estate domains.
• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non‑functional requirements (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases).
• Facilitate discovery workshops to align business objectives with product capabilities and technical feasibility.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks and assumptions early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritising work based on business value and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with delivery squads during sprints, providing clarification, managing scope changes and removing blockers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements and support UAT and release readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or combined BA/PO in a technology‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders, including business owners and clients.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum practices, actively attending and facilitating ceremonies.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with a track record of producing clear BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
