About the role
Camunda is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to act as the strategic partner for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will guide clients from onboarding through renewal, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes with Camunda’s process orchestration platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, defining goals, success metrics and adoption roadmaps.
- Drive retention and expansion by monitoring health, risk and growth opportunities, and collaborating with Sales and internal teams.
- Lead structured customer conversations such as onboarding sessions, success plan reviews and health check‑ins.
- Use usage and health data to prioritize actions, forecast outcomes and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Project‑manage cross‑functional initiatives with Technical Account Managers, Consulting, Product and Support to resolve issues and keep programs on track.
- Contribute to the Customer Success practice by sharing learnings, mentoring peers and refining playbooks.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior customer success or account management role within enterprise SaaS.
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills across sales, product, engineering and support.
- Data‑oriented mindset with experience using usage metrics to drive decisions.
- Self‑starter with a bias for action and a focus on long‑term customer outcomes.
