Senior Design Architect

About the role

TLD-The Land Developers is seeking a Senior Design Architect to lead conceptual design across a diverse portfolio of real‑estate projects in Egypt. You will translate client visions and site constraints into innovative, buildable design concepts that align with project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop architectural design concepts, including sketches, 3D models, and high‑quality renderings.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their preferences, functional needs, and project aspirations.
• Present conceptual designs to stakeholders, incorporate feedback while preserving design integrity.
• Research project context—environmental factors, regulatory constraints, and site‑specific conditions.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, technical teams, consultants, graphic designers, and 3D visualizers to ensure design consistency.
• Prepare professional documentation and presentation materials such as concept boards and digital renderings.
• Validate that concepts are technically feasible, budget‑compatible, and compliant with relevant codes and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of architectural design experience with a strong portfolio of concept work.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and present to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and real‑estate development processes is a plus.
