Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media & SEO)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media and SEO initiatives. You will design data‑driven campaigns that attract qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, covering on‑page, technical and content optimisation.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and search‑intent research to boost organic and paid performance.
• Optimise campaign structure, bidding, Quality Score and landing pages to improve conversion metrics.
• Monitor performance dashboards, report on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Set up tracking with GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Snapchat Pixel.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high‑performing creatives and landing pages.
• Implement technical SEO best practices such as Core Web Vitals, schema markup, sitemaps, robots.txt and internal linking.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to streamline workflows, reporting and content ideation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in paid media and SEO.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, improve ROI/ROAS and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
