Senior Financial Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Manager to lead the financial management of construction projects in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee all financial activities, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial planning and budgeting for construction projects.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow statements and manage project financing.
• Produce accurate financial reports and cost‑control analyses.
• Liaise with project stakeholders to align financial objectives.
• Analyze financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimise financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience in risk analysis and regulatory compliance for financial activities.
• Prior experience in the construction or project‑management industry is highly desired.
