Senior Frontend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join Celfocus' Egypt Delivery Center. You will work on cutting‑edge projects that span Blockchain, AI, Data Science, Security and IoT, while focusing on delivering high‑quality web experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development life‑cycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate APIs and services provided by backend teams.
• Write clean code, unit tests and prototypes; resolve issues and optimise performance bottlenecks.
• Design, build and maintain complex, responsive web applications with a strong emphasis on UI interactions and styling.
• Develop scalable front‑end solutions using modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and React.
• Review peer code, provide feedback and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience with responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility and performance optimisation.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to experiment with new trends and ability to handle failure constructively.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
