Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web and mobile applications. You will work closely with UK and Gulf teams, delivering high‑quality products while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop front‑end features using React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and mobile frameworks (React Native or Flutter).
• Design and implement back‑end services with Node.js, REST, and GraphQL APIs.
• Model databases in PostgreSQL, create schemas, and use ORMs such as Prisma or Drizzle.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and deploy to cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, or Azure).
• Implement authentication, access control, and basic security best practices.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into products and use AI coding assistants daily.
• Lead projects, mentor junior developers, write tests, and ensure reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience shipping production applications and owning systems.
• Proven ability to lead or act as the sole developer on projects.
• Strong portfolio (including GitHub) demonstrating relevant work.
• Excellent English communication, comfortable working UK time zones.
• Capable of turning vague briefs into functional tools and explaining trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.
