Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Builder

About the role

We are reinventing insurance with a modern platform and AI agents that actually get work done. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will decide what to build, prototype it early in the week, ship a draft to a real customer by Friday, and iterate based on real usage.

Key responsibilities

• Own outcomes each sprint, selecting the highest‑impact lever for customers and delivering it to production.
• Build AI‑centric features such as OCR, document understanding, generation, and agent loops using LLMs.
• Ship fast prototypes, then evolve them into production‑grade services.
• Collaborate directly with customers, observing real claims, underwriting screens, and broker workflows to identify pain points.
• Raise the quality of the codebase through reviews, refactoring, testing, and observability.
• Drive team progress by proposing and adopting new tools, internal agents, and engineering standards.

• Curiosity about the insurance domain and its complex incentives.
• Fluent with AI: you have shipped real products using LLMs or autonomous agents.
