Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. In this role you will shape system architecture, drive technical decisions, and mentor junior team members while delivering end‑to‑end features across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications, services and APIs.
• Build scalable front‑end and back‑end solutions using modern frameworks.
• Define system architecture and contribute to the technical strategy.
• Develop, tune and optimise databases and overall application performance.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Lead feature development from estimation through delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Implement testing, debugging and performance‑optimization practices.
• Collaborate with product, business and UI/UX teams.
• Ensure software quality, security and scalability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Backend languages: Java, PHP, Python, Node.js.
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC, MVVM, ORM and design patterns.
• Experience with micro‑services architecture.
• SQL databases: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL.
• CI/CD pipelines, source‑control systems and Agile methodologies.
• Testing methodologies, TDD (a plus).
• Cloud platforms: AWS (or similar).
• Containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Message brokers and search: Kafka, Elasticsearch.
• Front‑end frameworks: Vue.js, React; mobile framework: Flutter.
