Senior Handover Engineer

About the role

The Senior Handover Engineer supports the Handover team in delivering completed units to clients. Working closely with CRM, Technical Office, Legal, Finance, and Project Management, the role ensures every unit meets company standards and client expectations before possession transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full handover cycle end‑to‑end, ensuring documentation, financial clearances, and delivery procedures comply with company standards.
• Conduct detailed site inspections to assess unit completion, identify delivery‑ready units, and flag any defects or quality gaps.
• Prepare inspection and snag‑list reports for each unit and coordinate with the PMO to close identified items within agreed timelines.
• Verify client financial standing and payment clearance, confirming all contractual obligations are satisfied before handover.
• Act as the primary contact for client comments, modification requests, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and a professional client experience.
• Track snag lists, pending works, and missing items, proactively following up with relevant teams to minimise delays.
• Coordinate and monitor scheduled delivery dates across multiple units, aligning all parties for on‑time handovers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Civil or Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Property Delivery or similar department.
• Precise, organized, self‑motivated, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
