Senior HR Manager & Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Manager / HR Business Partner to join the executive team of Sherif Baghdadi Group. The role will oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, align people strategy with business growth, and act as a core partner to the CEO and board.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organizational development initiatives, design HR structures and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Design, implement and govern performance management systems, appraisal plans and quarterly review cycles.
• Develop and monitor HR KPIs, dashboards and cost‑effectiveness metrics using Excel and HRIS data.
• Drive recruitment of specialized talent, build retention programs and manage employee relations.
• Conduct training needs analysis, design training programs and oversee employee development.
• Review performance ratings, create performance improvement plans and assess incentive effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and ensure confidentiality of HR analytics.
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures and compliance with Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Background in industrial supply, B2B or manufacturing sectors in Egypt is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, HR policies and employee documentation.
• Proven track record in organizational development, KPI design and performance appraisal frameworks.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving and business acumen.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and attendance management tools.
