About the role

Expert Engineers is expanding its HR team and seeks a Senior HR Recruiter to lead the full recruitment cycle while supporting core HR operations. The role blends talent acquisition expertise with day‑to‑day HR activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring follow‑up.
• Support employee relations and performance‑management initiatives.
• Maintain personnel records and coordinate payroll when required.
• Utilise HR analytics and KPIs to inform hiring decisions and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with team leaders to forecast and fulfil hiring needs.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on HR experience, primarily in recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and high emotional intelligence.
• Professional mindset with solid understanding of HR metrics, reporting, and operations.
• Experience handling personnel administration and payroll processes.
