Senior Internal Auditor

About the role

Pearl Pixels is looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to provide independent assurance on risk management, internal controls and compliance across all projects. The role involves evaluating operational and financial processes, identifying weaknesses and delivering actionable recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk‑based annual internal audit plan covering all business units.
• Review internal control systems and SOPs for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct scheduled and surprise audits of financial and operational performance.
• Identify control gaps, operational weaknesses and financial risks, and propose practical recommendations.
• Prepare professional audit reports and present findings to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
• Assess compliance with internal policies and applicable local and international regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors to support audit processes when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on internal audit experience.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CIA are preferred.
• Fluent in English (professional) and Arabic (native or advanced).
