About the role
Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead the growth of strategic restaurant partners. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and manage a portfolio of key restaurant accounts, turning them into revenue generators.
- Optimize account performance, conduct regular business reviews and provide data‑driven insights.
- Identify and act on revenue opportunities, negotiate contracts and special terms.
- Collaborate with e‑commerce, operations, and marketing teams to execute regional campaigns.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and maintain activity logs in Salesforce.
- Work with the Operations Manager to close commercial gaps and improve service quality.
- Deliver quarterly reviews to partners, highlighting growth areas and improvement actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3‑5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in food delivery or related e‑commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of driving GMV growth and maintaining high service standards.
Required skills
- Salesforce (experience updating and tracking account activities).
