Senior Leasing Executive

About the role

The Senior Leasing Executive will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing tenants, driving occupancy and ensuring smooth lease administration across our City and Cairo Tower properties. You will work closely with brokers, property management, and maintenance teams to deliver a high‑standard leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle tenant inquiries, conduct property viewings, and support lease processing.
• Assist with lease renewals and basic negotiations under management guidance.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and address day‑to‑day concerns.
• Support occupancy targets by following up on leads and prospects.
• Partner with brokers to build long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams as needed.
• Monitor market changes and competitor pricing to align company pricing.
• Keep leasing records, contracts, and tenant data up to date.
• Track rent payments, report delays, and assist in preparing leasing and occupancy reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and leasing guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to prioritize tasks.
