Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

PwC is hiring a Senior Manager for its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practice within IFS - Internal Firm Services, based in Cairo. The role leads the firm's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, supports business leaders with financial insight, and mentors the FP&A team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, aligned with organizational goals
• Develop, analyze and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities
• Evaluate new business initiatives, capital investments and operational efficiencies with cross-functional teams
• Set and track KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability
• Mentor and develop FP&A team members
• Identify and implement process improvements in FP&A
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with financial insights and recommendations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or a professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance or a related field, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven leadership and team development experience

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
