Senior Manager – SAP FICO (ETIC)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its ETIC SAP FICO practice in Cairo. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients optimise operational efficiency through the design, implementation and support of SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO configurations.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Provide training, change management and post‑go‑live support to maximise client adoption.
• Coach and develop junior consultants, fostering high‑performing, inclusive teams.
• Drive thought leadership and stay current with emerging SAP technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP FICO consulting at a senior or managerial level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions under ambiguity.
• Commitment to PwC’s professional standards and code of conduct.
