Senior Marketing Executive – Communications & Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to strengthen the foundation’s industry presence and raise awareness of MYF. The role will involve creating and executing advertising campaigns, managing media relations, and supporting events to increase visibility and donations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑stakes advertising campaigns in partnership with external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Review and optimise media plans for reach, effectiveness and budget efficiency.
• Develop and manage monthly SMS advertising campaigns, researching best practices to boost engagement.
• Support event planning, on‑site activation, and post‑event follow‑up to enhance on‑ground visibility.
• Maintain communication with partners and coordinate collaborative tasks.
• Brief agencies on branding, collateral design and production needs.
• Contribute ideas for innovative public and media engagement.
• Prepare budget reports comparing spending against donations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing, communications or advertising.
• Strong organisational, critical‑thinking and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Good oral and written presentation abilities.
• Creative thinking and willingness to explore unconventional ideas.
• Experience in event organisation, budget management, and agency collaboration is advantageous.
