Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native)

About the role

Envnt. is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead the development of Enspct’s field‑service mobile application. You will work on a React Native codebase that powers inspectors’ offline‑first workflows, real‑time collaboration, and task management across iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Extend and maintain the form‑renderer engine that converts web‑based form schemas into native UI components.
• Build offline‑first features, real‑time sync, and gamification modules for field inspectors.
• Design and implement reusable, responsive components within the company’s design system.
• Optimize performance on both platforms, addressing janky scrolling, FlatList rendering, and thread management.
• Ensure code quality with TypeScript contracts, logging, and robust error handling.

Required profile

• Strong systems thinking with the ability to break complex problems into modular, maintainable pieces.
• Experience designing operable, long‑term mobile systems, considering logging, failure modes, and data correctness.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing SaaS environment focused on field service management.

Required skills

• React Native (deep understanding of JS thread, UI thread, bridging)
