Senior New Products Developer (Pharmacist)

About the role

EVA Cosmetics is seeking a Senior New Products Developer with a pharmacy background to lead the launch of innovative cosmetics and improve existing product lines. You will act as the bridge between R&D, manufacturing, marketing and supply chain to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full product life‑cycle from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with quality and schedule targets.
• Manage Critical Path Analysis (CPA) stages, SOP revisions, and packaging innovation while controlling costs.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop formulations, conduct stability tests, and approve final formulas.
• Oversee filling and packaging trials, generate ex‑work assumptions, and communicate forecasts to planning.
• Handle procurement of packs and raw materials, track Oracle data entry, and ensure regulatory compliance for local and international markets.
• Prepare registration dossiers, submit laboratory samples, and monitor manufacturing progress.
• Develop backup plans, resolve project delays, maintain supplier relationships, and provide weekly status reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree with extensive experience in cosmetics or pharmaceutical product development.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of local and international regulatory requirements.
• Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and problem‑solving skills.
